Registration Information for Summer skills programming

​Tuition and Cancelation Policy

​

***READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE BEFORE REGISTERING.  YOU WILL BE HELD TO THIS POLICY***

​

  • Tuition:  Early Bird Pricing: $415 per week-long program (for 5 days a week). Price will increase to $475 on March 25th.

​

  • Deposit: A non-refundable Registration Fee of $75/session/child is due at the time of registration to reserve a spot (this comes out of the tuition total. 

​

  • Discounts:

    • Sibling Discount: Get 10% off session prices when registering multiple children at once (excluding the first child).

    • Multi-session Discount: Register for multiple sessions at once to receive $35 off each additional session.

      • If you're registering more than one child, this discount will apply all but the first session for each child.​

    • Referral Discount: Refer a friend and you both will receive $50 off your total purchase.

      • Register for the program.

      • Send this form to the family you're referring to be filled out BEFORE they register.

      • The referred family will receive a coupon code.

      • Once your friend registers, you'll receive a $50 discount (or refund if paid in full).

      • This discount cannot be used for merch or other add-ons.

      • ​Limit1 per customer. If you are referred by someone, you can't receive this discount for referring others.

  • Tuition Assistance:
    • There is a limited amount of funding available for families who need financial assistance.

    • Even if you've applied for tuition assistance in the past, please fill out the application again to be considered for next school year.

  • Refund Policy:

    • One-Time Registration fee and deposit is non-refundable​​

    • If you cancel with more than 4 weeks until the session begins, you will receive a 90% refund​

    • Full Tuition Responsibility: If you cancel within 4 weeks of the session start date, you agree that your family will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL TUITION AND IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. Even if you’re on a payment plan, and you decide to cancel, you are agreeing to pay the full tuition. (see dates below):​​

      • Circus Skills: May 13th, 2024

      • Nature Crafts: May 20th, 2024

      • ​Whittling: May 27th, 2024

      • Survival Skills: June 10th, 2024

      • Foraging: June 24th, 2024

*If enrolling in a session within 4 weeks of the session start date, there will be a 24-hour grace period to cancel and receive a 90% refund.

​

*In the case of a family emergency, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the Directors.

​

 

"Active Refund" - At the checkout step of registration, there is an option to purchase "Active Refund," an insurance on the registration. This is not required to get a refund within the policy outlined above. If you are concerned you might cancel outside the time limits listed above, Active Refund is recommended.

When you register

​

1. Select Sessions: At the time of registration, you will select the sessions you want your child to attend. Select a session for all children you are registering at the same time to receive your sibling discount, register for all sessions you plan to at the same time to receive the additional session discount.

*For example, if you are registering two children into the program for 2 weeks of programming, your cart should have 4 items in it before proceeding to checkout, 2 Whittling and 2 Nature Crafts selections (one for each child), this is what trigger the sibling and additional session discount.

2. Child Information:  Enter the registration form questions for each child.

 

3. Select your Payment Plan: At the time of registration, you can select to pay in full or pay only the deposit and sign up for a payment plan.

 

If you do NOT pay in full, you can choose to be automatically enrolled in the 2-installment payment plan outlined below or "pay manually" online or with checks later on (you are still responsible for paying on the dates outlined below).

  • Payment Plans: If you enroll in a payment plan, your remaining balance after the deposit will be split into 2 equal installments, the first payment is due 5 weeks before the session start date, and the 2nd payment is due 1 week before the session start date.
